Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic services: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers/RF, weight management, and women’s wellness treatments (training provided if needed)
- Lead day-to-day clinical flow, manage staff training, and ensure safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate on internal SOPs and operational improvements
- Help grow yourself and the practice through:
- Social media presence & educational content
- Blog or video content creation
- Influencer/local brand partnerships
- Patient outreach and engagement
- Licensed NP or PA-C in New York with 2 years of aesthetics experience
- Advanced injector with a focus on natural-looking, tailored results
- Skilled or eager to train in laser, RF, weight management, and women’s health technologies
- Confident leader with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in personal brand-building and business growth
- Understands and enjoys the marketing side of aesthetics, including social media, partnerships, and content creation
