The Work You'll Do:
The Forms Content Associate is a key member of our Forms Content Department and reports to the Supervisor, Forms Content. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance related to our payroll reporting Forms and eFiling software. Using your excellent customer service skills, you will answer queries, troubleshoot customer issues, and address user problems quickly and professionally.
More specifically you will:
- Provide technical support via telephone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues using remote support software
- Identify symptoms, patterns, and solutions for upcoming technology challenges
- Maintain the customer support portal
- Job Duration: December-February
