We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Client Service & Operations Associate to support a fast-paced wealth management team. You will play a key role in ensuring client service requests, account administration, and operational workflows are executed flawlessly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
- Accurately process new accounts, transfers, and service requests
- Manage paperwork workflows, resolve NIGO items, and ensure completion
- Support account setup, contributions, and asset movements
- Assist with insurance case processing, underwriting tracking, and policy delivery
- Maintain precise client records and documentation across systems
- Proactively identify issues and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in financial services, operations, or a detail-intensive role
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows without sacrificing accuracy
- Clear, professional communication
- Comfort working within structured processes, systems, and checklists
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- If not currently licensed, you will be expected to independently study for and obtain your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the first 12 months of employment.
