Job Description
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support plant operations and improve equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical, process, or industrial manufacturing environments and a strong background in reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Improve equipment reliability, plant performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions.
- Support Mechanical Integrity and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Develop Asset Care Plans and equipment monitoring strategies.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
- Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
- Create and maintain SOPs and provide technical training to operations personnel.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, process, or industrial environments.
- Strong experience with Reliability Engineering and RCFA methodologies.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Experience with mechanical systems, instrumentation, and equipment diagnostics.
- Familiarity with PSM, MOC, and PHA processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
