Rental Agent

We are seeking an experienced Rental Specialist to join our team managing a short term rental program for a beachfront condo association.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to capture rentals/reservations by utilizing effective communication techniques.
• Communicate regularly with owners, tenants and vendors.
• Assist residents; deliver the highest standards of service to all customers .
• Schedule housekeeping and unit turnovers
• Effectively manage daily correspondence and operational tasks to exceed customer expectations
• Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations and rentals.
• Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area including restaurants, entertainment, special events and general directions
• Acquire new rental properties and develop marketing strategies to increase inventory.
• Maintain owner and resident relations via proactive and prompt communication.
• Assist with guest check-ins and routine property inspections.
• Investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
• Proficiency in company software (RNS) and organizing/prioritizing management duties
• Proficient knowledge of owner agreement and fair housing
• Processing payments and invoices.

Skills:

• Problem solving skills
• Fast learner
• Must be well versed in all Windows programs. RNS experience a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
• Flexibility of schedule; some weekends may be required .
• Strong customer-service focus
• Attention to detail
• Possess basic bookkeeping skills
• Strong computer proficiency.
• High level of initiative
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and work within several computer applications at the same time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
