- Flexibility with Support – Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you’ll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed
- Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client
- Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling
- Identify clients’ insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings
- Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
- Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel
- Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed.
- Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor
- 5 years of production success in P&C insurance
- Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others)
- A strong record of new business growth and client retention
- Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service
- Has a proven production track record with established client relationships
- Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert
- Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson
