Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current unrestricted DEA and CDS
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking.
- Background in Urology.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in Urology.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and clinical interventions.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
