Come join our leasing team as an Assistant Property Manager at Sovereign Apartments, you will play a vital role in showcasing our luxurious living spaces to potential residents. Located conveniently off Route 9, you will be responsible for driving occupancy rates while ensuring an exceptional experience for all propspective tenants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Property Manager with the Day to Day operations
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the unique features of our apartments
- Generte traffic/appointments through company supported advertisements, agencies, internet sites and referrals.
- Maintain your closing ratio to insure high level of occupancy.
- Attention to detail.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Sales techniques required
- Must work every weekend
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office, email and Web research
- MUST live within 30 minutes of the community.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- A MINIMUM of 1 year Sales experience required.
