Sovah Health is a regional health care delivery system with 2 hospital campuses - Danville and Martinsville. Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine.

How You'll Contribute
A Front Desk Representative who excels in this role:
- Greets and registers patients, verifies information, and obtains signatures.
- Handles multi-line phone system; routes calls and coordinates with answering service.
- Collects payments (co-pays, deductibles), assists with account inquiries, and reconciles daily deposits.
- Supports MD orders (e.g., work excuses, medical records).
- Maintains and organizes patient records and charts.

- 1 year of office experience is preferred.
- 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
