We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate the register accurately and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory as needed
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Schedule & Availability Requirements
- 15–30 hours per week based on availability and business needs
- Availability to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work opening and/or closing shifts
- Consistent, dependable schedule required—especially during summer months
- This role is best suited for candidates who can commit without extended time off during peak season
Qualifications
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay productive and engaged during both busy and slower periods
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
