Position Overview:
To organize and maintain product spaces in our customers stores to improve their sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
- Schedule the store set with the owners/managers.
- Check customer pricing to ensure correct and competitive
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
- Monitor stocks products and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
- Maintain store shelves and inventory, spaces and organizing with pop material.
- Build constructive customers’ expectations and companies’ objectives.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product / stock.
Qualifications
Desirable Qualifications:
- Candidate should have two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years retail experience and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends
