Schedule & Benefits
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Monday – Friday.
- Shift Details: Standard shifts fall within our hours of operation, with one late night required (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) until 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination: Greet patients with a smile and manage the reception area with high energy and exceptional service.
- Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently within the physical therapy department.
- Communication: Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanor, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
- Insurance Verification: Perform eligibility checks and authorizations to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and perform clerical duties to support the clinical team.
Qualifications
- Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic. We want someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people!
- Experience: Prior office or clerical experience is required. Previous experience in a Physical Therapy or Medical Office setting is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Technology: Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
