- Position 1 (40 Hours): Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: Boardman office (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and Howland office (Thu).
- Position 2 (32 Hours): 4 weekdays per week, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: Boardman office.
- Patient Connection: Manage clinical phone lines, triage inquiries, and relay results to patients.
- Care Coordination: Schedule procedures and follow-ups while ensuring all records are ready for hospital cases.
- Medication Management: Process prescription refills accurately via EMR.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain a professional environment and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and TJC standards.
- License: Current Ohio LPN license and AHA BLS certification.
- Experience: 1 years of direct patient care (3 years in a physician office or ambulatory setting is preferred).
- Skills: Experience with EMR systems and a talent for multitasking with empathy.
