Desktop Support Specialist – Southwoods Executive Centre

Job Summary:
Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within Muransky company computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee PC issues
- Setup PC for new employees
- Install new software releases and system patches
- Resolve software related issues
- Maintain and update images, wire maps and documentation
- Smart phone, Email configurations, Active sync
- Remote desktop support
- Basic troubleshooting and support of VOIP phones
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in related field or 2 years of equivalent experience.
