Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts.
Position: Customer Experience Leader
Location: Fort Myers, FL serving the greater Naples area
Pay: Up to $27/Hr total average compensation including: (Hourly Pay Profit Share (Uncapped) Tips!)
Benefits Package: (Medical, Vision, Dental) and retirement plans
Schedule: Full Time hours -- (1 weekend shift required 3-4 weekday shifts)

- Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements
- A great attitude! Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
- Age Requirement: 21 years of age
- Driver's License: a valid, unrestricted driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun,
- Physical Capability: Able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly!
- Experience: Previous customer service, hospitality, retail sales, restaurant, or labor experience preferred
