What You’ll Do
- Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Austin and surrounding areas.
- Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
- Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Austin community.
- Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
- You’ve got sales instincts and love connecting with people.
- You’re physically active and enjoy hands-on work outdoors.
- You’re reliable and motivated, the kind of person your teammates can count on.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
- Age & License: 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Up to $25hr
Salary : $25 - $26
