*Day Shift - 6AM - 6PM or Night Shift 6P - 6A* (Night shift diff available)
Responsibilities of LPN:
- Administer nursing services and assign duties to Nursing Assistants and other designated personnel, assuring each resident’s needs will be met during the assigned shift
- Provides report to Nursing Assistants
- Make rounds on assigned residents frequently during the shift, providing intervention and nursing services in accordance with the resident’s personalized care plan
- Prepares and administers medications as ordered by primary care providers
- Provides special procedures as ordered
- Performs any other task as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Most possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
