Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) a member hospital of Dartmouth Health is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pain Management Physician / Anesthesiologist to join a team of established anesthesiologists pain management specialists and anesthesiologist assistants. Position would be roughly 50 / 50 Anesthesia / Pain.
Opportunity Highlights
Engaged Anesthesiology / Pain Management team which is highly invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes
Manageable anesthesia caseload to include endoscopy general surgery orthopedics obstetrics and urology . N o cardiac or trauma cases.
P ain cases to include epidurals radiofrequency ablation neuromodulation bedside procedures; ultrasound and xray guidance. No medication management.
Comprehensive compensation plan to include $545134 salary $50000 signon bonus and $100000 in retention incentives over five years.
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) through 501 (c)3 nonprofit status
12 weeks of vacation Biannual CME allowance of $6000 and malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Requirements
- Current or eligible for Vermont Medical License
- Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification in Pain Management and Anesthesiology (to be obtained within 5 years)
- Active hospital staff membership
