We’re Hiring: Technical Service Representative – Equipment, Parts & Service
Rogers, AR | M–F, 8:00–5:00 | Up to $30/hour

We’re looking for a Technical Service Representative to join our Industrial Division and serve as a key connection between our customers, engineering team, and product line.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customer service calls and emails
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and parts
- Process parts and equipment orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers by researching parts and answering technical questions
- Coordinate freight and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Follow service issues through resolution and keep customers informed
- Support engineering with drafting and technical documentation using CAD
- Maintain follow‑up contact with existing customers
- Process customer feedback to improve products and service
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CAD training and working CAD knowledge
- Solid Modeling CAD experience required (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with heavy equipment using hydraulic and electrical systems preferred
