This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and the freedom to build your book of business on your own terms.

What You'll Do
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in need of life insurance solutions
- Conduct needs-based assessments to identify the right coverage for each client
- Present and explain life insurance policy options in a clear and straightforward way
- Submit applications and follow cases through the underwriting process to placement
- Follow up with clients to ensure policies are in force and needs are being met
- Build a sustainable book of business through referrals, networking, and community presence
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Active Nebraska Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your results
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and phone

Compensation
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position. Earnings are based entirely on production. Top producers in this role have the ability to earn $50,000 – $150,000 annually based on effort and consistency.
Important Notes
- This is not a W-2 employee position
- No base salary or guaranteed income
- Must be comfortable with a self-directed, entrepreneurial work style
- A Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License is required to write business (we can point you in the right direction if you need to get licensed)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
