Job Summary:Provide operational and technical support to the ECP team. Critical tasks include managingproject administration, technical support in the field to the ECP subcontractors, and datacollection to ensure projects meet contractual and production obligations. Essential Functions:Communicate with sub-contractors and auditors, as neededWork closely with the ECP leadership team in closing out ECP jobs through the billingprocess, utilizing Excel, Dropbox, and various other software systems with a focus onindividual measures completed in a home; including onsite supervision of contractorsOversee a variety of tasks that may include transporting materials or completing punchlist items to finish a jobMust follow up with ongoing project information to the ECP team as a wholeParticipate in ECP trainings and webinars to broaden knowledge base and technicalskillsParticipate in ECP team meetings to review production goals and other program itemsWork closely with the Director to determine workflow and daily prioritiesWork with and serve as a mentor to new office staff for the ECPTravel as neededPerform miscellaneous duties as assigned Competencies:Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, andcomparable databasesCommunication skills, including the ability to maintain communication with teammembers and sub-contractors with both written and verbal communicationDetail orientation with expertise to produce quality work with few errors by being awareof and paying attention to the many pieces that make up the “whole” of a task or projectUnderstanding of office equipment use such as copier, printers, and fax machinesProvide excellent customer service to program participants and sub-contractorsAbility to be extremely flexible when managing changing prioritiesMathematical/technical skills: ability to accurately measure, total, and estimate figuresboth in the field and through the billing process (percentages, averages, means, etc.)Desired Qualifications: Minimum Education: College degree or, equivalent, related experience Ability to lift 35 lbs. and sitting for extended periods of time (reasonable accommodations can be made) Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel Ability to occasionally work within crawlspaces and other tight quarters Have working knowledge of basic hand tools Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Candidates with previous construction office or construction field experience and/or knowledge of the home heating/energy efficiency/conservation industry are strongly encouraged to apply (willing to train the right candidate) Company DescriptionFounded in 1965, Southwestern Community Services (SCS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families in Cheshire and Sullivan counties of New Hampshire.
