What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Southwestern Community College?
Location: Creston, Iowa
The housekeeping staff at SWCC are responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, gyms, locker rooms, entries, auditoriums, dorms and other areas inside and/or outside college properties. Position demands include a great deal of time walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting. The individuals also have a high degree of contact with people including students, staff and the general public; professionalism, courtesy and a friendly demeanor is essential.
This is a full-time position including benefits. Must be able to work evenings (hours will be 2 p.m.-10 p.m.). Review of applications will begin upon receipt of qualified applicants and will continue until the position is filled.
