Come join our new and innovative Mobile Crisis Team! Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift Peer Support Specialist to join our team of professionals. Weekend shifts required.
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with NO Certification = $16/Hour
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with Certification by DMHA as a Certified Peer = $17.50/Hour

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Peer Recovery services, which include but are not limited to crisis intervention, community outreach and engagement.
- Observe the progress client’s make toward meeting objectives and provide feedback to clients and treatment providers.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.
- Interact positively by phone and in person with individuals experiencing acute crisis.
- Establish rapport using your personal experience as a person in recovery.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification as a Certified Peer Support Professional preferred. Eligibility to receive certification required.

- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks and drug screen.
