Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Peer Support Specialist to join our team. Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with NO Certification = $16/Hour
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with Certification by DMHA as a Certified Peer = $17.50/Hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide peer recovery services including crisis intervention, outreach, and engagement
- Support individuals experiencing acute crisis in person and by phone
- Build rapport using lived experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certification preferred; eligibility required.
- To be considered certified, must have either:
- Indiana Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP-DMHA), or
- Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC-A or CPRC – ICAADA)

- Valid driver’s license and required insurance
