Southwestern Advantage is looking for motivated 17-30 year olds for a paid summer internship focused on personal and professional growth in sales, entrepreneurship, leadership, and marketing.
Through hands-on experience, interns learn communication, goal-setting, and time-management skills while presenting educational resources to families. Participants receive mentorship and optional university credit through participating schools.
What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in consultative conversations with customers.

- Manage orders, scheduling, and reporting for your territory.

What We’re Looking For
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and coachable.
- Authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
Compensation: Performance-based pay structure with earnings directly tied to results. Interns have the opportunity to earn income through product sales and incentives.
