Job Duties
- Routine Interior Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform scheduled cleaning duties, including cleaning all bathrooms (sinks, fixtures, toilets), floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning carpets), cleaning sinks/counters in food prep areas, and regularly emptying trash.
- Deep Cleaning and Fixtures: Perform deep cleaning of floors, fixtures, and bathrooms; washing windows; cleaning blinds; removing bugs from fixtures; dusting; and cleaning all wastepaper receptacles.
- Yard Care and Landscaping: Experience with and performing weekly yard care, maintaining landscaped areas, trimming bushes, mowing, edging, snow removal (including salting sidewalks), and seasonal cleanup.
- Maintenance & Minor Repairs (Handyman Skills): Perform handyman skills such as painting and touch-ups, patching walls/drywall, applying texture, minor plumbing repairs, lightbulb replacement (including converting fixtures to LED), and small general repairs.
- Facilities Systems & Projects: Perform HVAC filter changes, sprinkler and drip system repairs/maintenance (including winterization), organizing storage areas, monthly elevator tests, event setup/cleanup, pressure washing, and assisting with remodels or improvement projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
- Monday thru Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday from 8-5 with every other Friday off
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or GED
- Must possess a Utah valid driver’s license
Skills/Abilities
- Computer skills (google drive, Microsoft Suite, etc)
- Must be able to multitask
- Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- General understanding of safety and chemical handling, grounds maintenance, handyman skills strongly preferred

Work Environment
