CNC Turret Punch Machinist (Nibbling Specialist)

Join our team in Mesa, AZ as a CNC Turret Punch Machinist, specializing in nibbling operations. You’ll transform blueprints into precise, repeatable parts and keep production flowing smoothly from first-piece through final count.

You’ll review drawings and work orders, select and install tooling, run and verify a first article, and then keep the machine tuned to deliver parts to spec. Along the way, you’ll monitor quality, document production details, and collaborate with teammates to hit deadlines—all while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

• Set up and operate CNC turret punch equipment, including nibbling operations, to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan tooling and process steps.
• Monitor machine cycles and make real-time adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep the workstation organized and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Partner with team members to achieve production goals and on-time delivery.
• Document setups, counts, and production notes with clear, accurate records.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC training or certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC turret punch presses with nibbling capability.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Comfort with measurements and basic shop math.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and best practices.
