Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber Qualifier to oversee install or remodel of bathrooms from bath to shower in residential properties throughout the Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
· Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
· Ensure all work complies with Nevada and local Las Vegas plumbing codes
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future issues
· Respond to emergency service calls as needed
· Maintain accurate service records and documentation
· Use tools and equipment safely and properly
· Keep work areas clean and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Completed plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
· Valid Nevada plumbing license or ability to obtain one
· Knowledge of local Las Vegas plumbing codes and regulations
· Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Comfortable working in tight spaces, on ladders, and in extreme temperatures
· Standing, bending, kneeling, and crawling for extended periods
