This role involves developing skills in building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving prototype electronic systems and test setups in a lab environment. Our ideal candidate has some basic CAD using Solidworks software or has strong interest in learning CAD using Solidworks. We are offering a $500.00 bonus in your first paycheck (minus applicable taxes).

Role
Objectives of this Role:
- Assist with wiring and layout of electrical/control enclosures.
- Apply and maintain labeling on wires, cables, and components.
- Perform basic soldering on connectors and cable assemblies.
- Follow written procedures, safety rules, and ESD handling practices.
- Show eagerness to learn new tools, processes such as electronic and mechanical CAD design, and technologies.
- Help review and update wiring schematics and CAD drawings as designs change.
- Assist in maintaining labeling standards and documentation for wiring systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement ideas for wiring, labeling, and build processes.
- Support build and rework of prototype panels and test fixtures for projects.
- Provide basic status updates on assigned tasks for project or team meetings.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years: General maintenance experience with a basic knowledge on how to use hand tools.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
