Your role is vital in maintaining a secure environment through vigilant patrolling, proactive surveillance, and swift emergency response. Equipped with firearms and tactical skills, you will perform routine patrols on foot to deter threats, manage access control, and handle incidents with professionalism and confidence. Duties

• Conduct regular foot patrols across designated premises to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Utilize surveillance systems and perform visual inspections to ensure the safety of the environment
• Manage access control by verifying identities, performing background checks, and authorizing entry for authorized personnel and visitors
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, executing emergency response procedures including fire safety, first aid, CPR, AED operation, and conflict de-escalation
• Write detailed incident reports documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for each occurrence
• Operate firearms, Tasers, and other security equipment in accordance with legal regulations and company policies
• Perform heavy lifting or manual handling tasks as needed during patrols or incident management

Requirements

• Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security with a focus on physical security and conflict management
• Valid certification in firearm handling, Taser use, CPR, AED operation, and first aid training
• Strong surveillance skills complemented by knowledge of access control systems and incident report writing
• Ability to perform background checks when required for access authorization processes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness to stand, walk long distances during patrols, perform heavy lifting, and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and conflict de-escalation techniques
• Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and protocols while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
