Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma
Minimum two (2) years office support experience.
Skills & Abilities:
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Suite.
Self-motivated.
Highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize.
Use effective written and verbal language.
JOB GOAL: To provide routine clerical and computer support to the staff and consultants at SWPRSC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee must:
1. Support the mission of the Southwest Plains Regional Service Center.
2. Engage in personal and professional growth activities.
3. Comply with all state and federal laws.
4. Manage Rosetta Stone.
5. Maintain equipment inventory list.
6. Support districts with K-12for online curriculum.
7. Provide general clerical support by duplicating and distributing materials for Consultant and others as needed.
8. Provide support for Professional Development Council (PDC) processes and related documentation.
9. Provide hostess and hospitality support for meetings, training, and events hosted at SWPRSC.
10. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing customer service support to member districts and visitors.
11. Assist with Verizon phone management, including device coordination and account support.
12. Provide technology management support, including troubleshooting, inventory coordination, and assistance with staff technology needs.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and in accordance with the provisions of the USD 626 Board of Directors.
General Responsibilities:
General responsibilities include providing clerical, customer service, and technology support to staff and consultants as needed; assisting with PDC processes; supporting meetings and events hosted at SWPRSC; managing communication systems and phone support;
Terms of the Contract:
This position does not support a written contract and hours are determined on an as needed basis.
Evaluation:
Performance of this individual shall be evaluated by the Executive Director in accordance with current statutes and according to provisions of the USD 626 Board of Director’s Policy on Evaluation of classified personnel.
