The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience in implementing new clinic operating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency. They will also possess knowledge of and experience with electronic health records (EHR) and/or related automated systems.
In this role, you will lead a team of technical and professional staff involved in the delivery of clinical services, including Quality Management (QM) and Utilization. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, counseling, and evaluating staff members to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical care and efficiency
- Lead a team of technical and professional staff involved in clinical services
- Recruit, hire, train, counsel, and evaluate staff members
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a clinical and leadership position
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Knowledge of EHR and/or related automated systems
