Southwest Physician Opportunities is seeking a Primary Care provider for a San Fernando Valley Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Located in the communities of North Hills or Panorama City, this position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to underserved populations.
Becoming part of a patient-centered medical home model, you will work in a 100% outpatient setting with an average patient panel size of 16-20 patients per day. Enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule with a 40-hour workweek.
