Join our team of therapists! Southwest Physical Therapy is a Rehabilitation Agency located on the Southern Oregon Coast. John Breuer started the company in 1979 and it has grown from one clinic in Coos Bay to a total of 5 clinics here on the coast. We have seen multiple changes in the industry throughout the years but have always stayed true to providing the best therapy possible in a safe, healthy, and forward looking environment. We do have PT and PTA openings in all 5 of our locations.
This position is primarily in an out patient setting with some Inpatient at a community hospital. We treat a variety of diagnosis and our patients range from student athletes to Geriatric patients.
Therapist Skills:
- This position is appropriate for a new Grad or more experienced therapist
- Passion for motivating and helping patients attain the highest level of recovery possible
- Excellent work ethic
- Good documentations skills
- Desire to work as part of a healthcare team
Responsibilities:
- Follow treatment plans for our patients
- Work with administrative staff to be sure our billing and records are complete and accurate
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient care
- Comply with Federal and State therapy regulations
- Complete necessary Continuing Education requirements
