Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
- Assist with billing and collections.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or questions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
- Proficient in using ER systems and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance is a plus.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach.
