Responsibilities of Consumer Loan Admin
- Assist customers with loan related inquires.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Prepare new loan documents.
- Processing loan payments.
- Prepare and file GAP Claims.
- Review and mail loan notices.
- Perform various clerical duties as well as generate various loan related documents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year customer service experience.
- Ability to work one Saturday a month.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- General computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
