Corporate Marketing Supervisor II

We’re growing rapidly — and as part of that growth, we’re looking for a talented Corporate Marketing Supervisor to elevate our brand presence, lead campaign execution, and drive measurable business results across multiple markets. The Corporate Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of SMS’s marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role blends creativity with analytics — ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with corporate objectives, brand standards, and revenue goals.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to deliver marketing programs that generate leads, increase visibility, and strengthen the SMS brand across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting branch-level and corporate initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Oversee content creation for website, social media, blogs, print, and email marketing.
• Partner with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure local market alignment and timely support of promotions, signage, and campaigns.
• Track campaign performance through data analytics and provide monthly reporting on traffic, leads, and ROI.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Support corporate communication efforts, press releases, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff, fostering professional development and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing creative production (graphics, video, and web content).
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable interpreting analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
