INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ($55,000 GUARANTEED FIRST YEAR COMMISSIONS)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Austin team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment rental sales, leasing, construction-related products, light manufacturing, or a similar sales environment. In this role, you will build and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support business growth through consultative sales efforts. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate quotes, process rental and sales opportunities, and support customer account management.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate storage, office, and operational solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up activities, and opportunity updates.
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and branch personnel regarding customer orders and scheduling.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, customer opportunities, and inactive accounts.
- Support customer relationship development and account retention efforts.
- Assist with resolving customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Maintain product knowledge, pricing awareness, and operational understanding.
- Support branch sales initiatives, reporting, and operational communication.
- Maintain professionalism and represent company customer service standards positively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Perform additional duties requested by management.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and Outlook required
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills required
- Construction, logistics, transportation, storage, or equipment rental industry experience preferred
