Administrative Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Research documents (this will be the primary area of focus for this role)
- Directly assist executives
- Implement office policies and strategize improvements to existing processes
- Recognize and respond to potential problems
- Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties while maintaining processes
- Organize and process information while also keeping track of projects to maximize productivity
- Create spreadsheets and maintain expense reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to effectively multi-task and manage time sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
