We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents.
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries

Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs

Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment

Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized

Follow infection control policies and safety procedures

Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned

Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills
