Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment essential for overnight operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct thorough inspections of work areas, equipment, and inventory to identify issues early and prevent disruptions.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment during night hours.
• Document operational activities accurately, including shift reports, incident logs, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet nightly operational goals.
• Assist in loading, unloading, or moving materials as needed to support production flow.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or safety concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic machinery or equipment with confidence and precision.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining high levels of motivation and focus during overnight hours.
• Good communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork coordination.
• Comfortable standing, walking, or lifting for extended periods throughout the shift.
