Southwest Linen is seeking a Route Service Representative who presents themselves in a positive & professional manner and helps manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route Service Representatives drive a 24’ box truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the Route Service Representative delivers and picks up room linen, floor mats, uniforms, and other rental items.
Route Service Representatives are the face of Southwest Linen and must work to build rapport with key decision-makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Job responsibilities also include growing our existing customer base, controlling inventory while working professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
Starting Pay - $21.00/HR
MORNING SHIFT: Wednesday - Sunday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM ( route may require longer hours)
JOB DUTIES:
Transport clean and soil linen
Manage customer’s product inventory
Attend to Customers' requests
Daily truck inspection
Communicate well with customers and staff
EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:

Communicate in English in oral & written form
Bilingual is a Plus (Spanish)
