Senior Fire Alarm Service Technician – Life Safety Systems

Southwest Integrated Solutions (SIS), an established Fire Life Safety and Low Voltage Integrator, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Service Technician to support our growing service division.
We are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer relationships, troubleshooting, and being part of a strong technical team.

Responsibilities
- Service and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
- Diagnose deficiencies and perform repairs
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance
- Program and troubleshoot Edwards EST systems (preferred)
- Complete service documentation and communicate professionally with customers
- Support life safety systems including access control, nurse call, and integrated technologies as applicable
Qualifications
- Fire alarm service experience required
- EST experience preferred
- NICET certification is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Professional customer interaction skills
- Valid driver’s license
