Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with software platforms such as Abode and DocuSign
- Previous experience with data entry and use of databases
- Experience in balancing competing needs by prioritizing and responding to multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- DES Criminal Affadavit Required
- AZ DHS Criminal History Affidavit Required
- FPC DPS Verification Required

- Previous experience with data entry and use of databases
