WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT?
Each day you will arrive at work knowing that every room you prepare will become someone's home away from home. Throughout your shift, you'll move through the hotel ensuring guest rooms are spotless, comfortable, and ready to exceed expectations. From making beds and refreshing amenities to inspecting each room for cleanliness and presentation, you'll play a direct role in delivering the exceptional hospitality Hampton InnSuites East Flagstaff is known for. Your ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards helps create memorable experiences for guests and contributes to the overall success and reputation of the hotel.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This position offers a full-time schedule with required weekend availability. Shift times may vary depending on occupancy and operational needs, but all shifts will take place within business hours.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT?
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to perform job functions efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to remain standing and physically active throughout your shift
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, kneel, pivot, and grip items throughout the workday
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize, plan ahead, and manage workload effectively
- Ability to work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
