Coach, Head Swim/Dive Coach

Southwest High School is seeking a qualified and motivated Varsity Head Swim & Dive Coach to lead and oversee all aspects of the Swim & Dive program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build positive, productive relationships with student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community.

Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of swimming and diving, including the ability to provide high-quality instruction in both fundamental and advanced techniques. The Head Coach will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, promoting sportsmanship, and supporting the continued growth and development of the program.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring equipment and inventory, reporting contest results, and ensuring compliance with all national, state, district, and local athletic policies and procedures.

A strong commitment to education-based athletics and an emphasis on the overall development and well-being of student-athletes are essential for this position.
