Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Temecula, CA, for the position of Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will ensure compliance with hiring regulations, promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, and manage recruitment metrics to improve efficiency. The position will also involve implementing recruitment best practices and enhancing candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Recruitment Strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Onboarding Processes
- Experience with HR Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Recruitment Metrics Analysis
- Knowledge of Hiring Regulations, Compliance Standards, and Diversity & Inclusion Best Practices
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational Abilities
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to Address Recruitment Challenges
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Prior experience managing recruitment for healthcare roles is an advantage
