We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Car Sales professional to join our GMC dealership team in Lawton, OK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate GMC vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMC products, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Participate in dealership events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred, especially with GMC or similar brands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and sales software.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
