We are seeking 3 energetic and motivated Sales Representatives that wants to work to replace 3 that don't want to work. We are looking for someone who has never worked in car sales or the ones that has experience in the business. We offer on the job paid training where your effort will directly impact your income. Automotive sales experience not required. If you have experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, wireless sales, furniture sales or door to door sales and you are driven to be competitive then we want to talk with you!
Duties
- Engage with customers in retail stores and through route driving to promote products and services effectively
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organizational skills to keep track of sales records, client information, and inventory levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely following proper lifting practices
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Basic math proficiency for calculating prices, discounts, and other transactions
- Experience in automobile transportation or merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple routes, client accounts, and sales documentation effectively
