PRE-ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE I
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pre AccessRepI position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast-paced call center environment. This position also pre-registers, and verifies insurance coverage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
